Experience the feeling of swimming in the Gulf of Mexico with award winning examples of fish caught in Destin displayed on a 100 feet of wall space depicting the Gulf floor. Gator Beach
Gator Beach is the regions’ only alligator attraction. Gator Beach is a unique environment where you can view live alligators for Free. There is no admission to Gator Beach and your family can participate in a Free alligator show. Gator Beach features over 100 Live Alligators and is the only place you can actually feed alligators in a safe environment from 11am – 5pm daily. Stroll through our Florida wildlife exhibit area and don’t forget to have your photo taken holding a live alligator. The Gator Show times runs everyday from noon – 4pm.

Heritage Museum of NW FL
Flint spear points, a black iron wash pot, crosscut saws, turpentine collection cups, a porcelain pitcher, lumber mill tokens, and old school desks portray the history of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. These artifacts, and hundreds more spanning the years from 8,800 B.C. to the present, illustrate past ways of life for you and your family to enjoy. Stone tools and weapons chipped by Paleo-Archaic hunters (our first residents) are on display. Pottery shards from the Woodland Period show you the ingenuity of pottery construction and decoration.

Heritage Park & Cultural Center
Together these three museums form a Cultural Center which represents the history of Fort Walton Beach area Indian Temple Mound, The 6,000-piece exhibit, showcasing America’s largest collection of Southeastern Indian ceramic artifacts, journeys through 10,000 years of four prehistoric tribes. The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park

U.S. Air Force Armament Museum
Riddled with bombs, the only U.S. museum dedicated to the display of Air Force armament is "protected" by 25 reconnaissance, fighter and bomber planes such as the B-17 Flying Fortress and SR-71 Blackbird Spy Plane.
